✔Butter (or margarine) - 120 g.
✔Baking powder - 5 g.
✔Salt - 1/3 tsp.
✔Sugar - 1 tsp.
✔Egg yolk - 1 pc.
✔Cold water - 100-140 ml.
Filling:
✔Boiled eggs - 3 pcs.
✔Cheese (I used mozzarella) - 280 g.
✔Egg white - 1 pc.
✔Mayonnaise or sour cream - 2 tbsp. l.
✔Salt, black pepper - to taste.
✔Green onions - a little.
✔For lubrication - egg or yolk.
✔For sprinkling - sesame seeds 1 tsp.
✔A pinch of love and good mood (required).

The diameter of the finished pie was 28 cm.
