Macron wants to ban Russian oil and coal in EU “this week!” Defends collective values (2022-04-04)

Macron already determined that “very clear signs of war crimes occurred” into Kiev suburb. He wants to also press Germany into doing the same thing about the ban.
Macron said, “we must send the signal very clear that it's our collective dignity and it's our values that we defend!”
