God is NOT a man!

We’ve all heard people talk about “the man upstairs.” In fact, we’ve all probably seen many heartwarming movies that depict G-d as a person – granted to get their point across; but non-the-less, a seed was planted in our mind concerning how we view the all-powerful, almighty, everlasting, creator of the universe.

In this outline, I have put together a few images, concepts, and definitions of Yah as described in the Bible as-well-as the historical sacred texts. I hope that you’ll find this study to be helpful in realigning your sense of wonder and awe on the Invisible One who cannot be narrowed down to a humanistic point of view or explained by a religious statement. Unlike the bumper stickers, movie characters, or strongholds we’ve built in our minds, He is NOT “the man upstairs.”
