US will occupy Eastern Europe, have them build military bases against Russian “threat!” (2022-04-06)

The US generals are talking about building bases military bases in the Baltic states, Poland, Romania, and Hungary to deter the Russian “bear” from moving eastwards.
Therefore, the US technically occupies Eastern Europe and the Baltics.
The issue is that all these countries will have to pay to build and maintain those US military bases. Great, those countries must be rich. Imagine how much military equipment those countries will buy from the US?
