Merit Board to decide if two IMPD officers in fatal shooting of Aaron Bailey will keep their jobs

The two Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department officers involved in the fatal shooting of Aaron Bailey should learn their fate as officers next week. Officers Carlton Howard and Michel Dinnsen were suspended and Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department Chief Bryan Roach has recommended their firing to the Civilian Review Board. A three-day hearing process before that board will begin next Monday.
