Weightloss High Protein Snack
1:) Wash and soak 1 cup moong dal for 4-5 hours .
2:) Strain and Grind with 1/2 cup yogurt into a fine paste.
3:) Add 1/4 cup finely chopped carrots , 2-3 green chillies, little ginger, 2 tbs chopped leaves and few curry leaves, salt to taste. Mix.
4:) Prepare the steamer.
5:) Add 1/2 tsp eno to the batter and mix.
6:) Transfer the batter to the greased pan and steam for 15 mins.
7:) Cool completely and cut into pieces.
8:) For tempering- in a pan add little oil, sesame seeds, mustard seeds and few curry leaves. Let them splutter and place the dhokla and cook until it turns brown. Serve hot:)
