US+Poland hold military exercise by Ukrainian border. 10K soldiers+2 patriot batteries (2022-04-08)

When the Russians placed their troops on their territory by Ukrainian border everybody was calling for deescalating the situation. Isn't this escalation, is there anyone calling for deescalating tensions?
