The 77th World Health Assembly came to a close late in the evening on June 1, 2024. At the eleventh hour, the amendments to the International Health Regulations were adopted; the "pandemic treaty" negotiations were extended until the next WHA at the latest, with an objective of reaching an agreement by the end of this year. In this episode, James Roguski and I focused on the former, and the faulty premise upon which these regulations - and the WHO as a whole - stand.
