YOU ARE THE BENEFICIARY, NOT THE TRUSTEE

You are the beneficiary of a trust. We can call it a Social Security or Cestui Que trust.

The trust bears your name in ALL CAPS, for example, JOHN Q PUBLIC.

The specific purpose of the trust is to confer upon you the benefit of discharging all of your public (corporate) debts.

All government is business - private for-profit corporations, and you can look them up in business directories like Dun & Bradstreet.

Whenever you receive a bill, summons to court, citation, etc, addressed to your name in ALL CAPs, it is an offer to enter into a commercial contract.

However, since you are the beneficiary and not a trustee, these offers have nothing to do with you, and it's not up to you to pay these fees, fines, etc.
