Bruce’s Campsite Cajun Crawfish Scramble

Ingredients:
4 chicken eggs
Shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup crawfish
1 tbsp green onion, diced
Texas Toast
Butter
Blackstone SPG seasoning

Directions:
1. Preheat your Blackstone Adventure Ready Camping Griddle to medium.

2. In a small bowl, crack the eggs and beat until smooth. Add the crawfish and diced green onion, then season with Blackstone SPG. Mix well.

3. Pour the egg mixture onto the griddle and allow it to cook. When the eggs begin to set, add the desired amount of shredded cheddar cheese to the center. Fold the eggs over to help the cheese melt.

4. While the eggs are cooking, add a bit of butter to the griddle and place the Texas toast on it. Lightly brown each side and remove when done.

5. When the eggs are fully cooked and the cheese is melted, transfer them to a plate. Serve with the Texas toast and enjoy!
