Chemtrails in Prescott Valley Arizona

Planes have been spraying chemicals in the our skies since the 1950’s at night. Now they ( who are they? ) are blatantly spraying in the day. They are not cloud seeding in this video, they are creating trails that expand. Convince me these chemicals are healthy for people, plants and animals!
