Live and Let Live Without Labels is a growing theme in my life. My kids when they came always had labels, when you displease or alter someone's perception of who they thought you were or who you should be to fit in your box, you get a label. Later I learned by labelling others you are labelling yourself, setting your beliefs and limiting who you are, Mostly without thought just conformity to perceptions around you. the awareness of this allows us to be wise about the perceptions we accept and perceive, who we choose to be.
