Ingredients:

Salt, pepper, paprika to taste
2-3 tbsp olive oil
2 medium onions, thinly sliced
5 tbsp red balsamic vinegar
5 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp thyme
80g flour
approx. 120 g Emmental cheese
250 ml chicken stock
1/2 tsp paprika
