We stop at a shrine and find the monks under attack! Quick to intervene, we rescue the artifact and it turns out to be a powerful relic that wants to journey with us.

In this episode we meet a character that derails my memory of Fire Emblem games. I held them in high regard and with fond memories, but this Florina lady stretches my suspension of disbelief past the breaking point. I try to play it straight for now, but this heading into parody.

We kick off chapter 4 with blunt force trauma to my nostalgia. I absolutely cannot take this seriously anymore. Why do I remember this series so fondly? Are later instalments really that superior? This Florina chick is several bridges too far. This is the last episode I try to play straight at all. I may replay the whole thing as a roast.
