Kansas Man Regains Gun After Year-Long Legal Fight With Police

A Kansas man has finally regained possession of a pistol seized by police in Fremont, Nebraska more than a year after pleading guilty to possessing a small amount of marijuana, and almost twelve months after a local judge first ordered the police to relinquish the firearm.
