The assault on the american populace by foreign enemies is no theoretical, nor metaphorical, attack. It is a real and tangible operation, being carried out domestically by partners in the enemy organization. Taking place in three stages, our foreign enemy, acting under the color of law, first seizes weapons and stockpiles these enforcement tools. Then, they develop of body of coerced minions, which are then armed and sent out to form road-blocks, and estabilish dominance by control of transit systems.
