The full push-up. One of the most perfect exercises out there because it gets everything if you are doing them right.
Contract the pper back to take you down; chest is stabilizing
Engage or contract the legs and glutes they ahve to help stabilize the pelvis and low back
The abdominals are the linchpin here. There need to be contracted to help stablize but it's to help.
There are many ways to make this harder.
Need help with the ove because still hurts your wrist, elbow, shoulder, neck and or low abck? You have a load transfer problem and you need to be assessed. Can I do this online? I actually can and I can do in person.
I would love to help you This is a fundamental movement that needs to be maintain at some level.
