It looks like the BRICS alliance will continue to expand. Reports indicate over 40 more countries want to join, many of which may adapt the group's impending gold-backed currency; thereby effectively de-throning the U.S. dollar. It also appears there are more inquiries into BRICS and its de-dollarization plan as a reported 97 countries plan to attend the 2024 BRICS conference in June.
