Do you have high blood pressure or other cardiovascular problems? On Thursday morning from 9:30-10:30AM Central Time, I’ll offer data and some recommendations on why an anti-fungal program might work so well for heart conditions-after all, they are the leading causes of death in America and the numbers are climbing. I visited heart.com, the website representing the American Heart Association, and was immediately met with a big blue button requesting a donation and a sentence that read, “The most important behavioural risk factors of heart disease and stroke are unhealthy diet, physical inactivity, tobacco use and harmful use of alcohol. First, my trust faded because they spelled “behavioral” wrong! Then I delved into what they meant by an unhealth diet and the harmful use of alcohol. I’m always fascinated to learn what medical websites say about these things. Join me and let’s talk about the heart of the matter!
