The only information I had prior to this call was an address and a phone number. I didn't even know the name of who I was calling. We usually contact bank foreclosures but found out that this was a delinquent tax foreclosure scheduled for June 11th. Notice how I took control of the conversation by asking questions and keeping her on track. She tried to escape, but it's not that easy!
