The Gospel

This is my video where I explain what I mean by the Gospel. I will go through Scripture and demonstrate this meaning in multiple passages, including ones that clearly identify that it is a presentation of the Gospel by context or explicit wording.

In short, the Gospel is:

The Son of God became man by the Virgin Mary and the Holy Spirit.
He suffered under Pontius Pilate.
He suffered and was buried.
He descended into the heart of the earth.
He rose again in three days according to the Scriptures.
He ascended into heaven and is seated at the right hand fo the Father.
He is coming again to judge the living and the dead.

This is not a direct quote of any creed, but it makes up the heart of all the major ancient creeds. These points are generally not disputed, save for a few marginal movements. So when people would disagree with me on the meaning of the word "Gospel," they will rarely deny the individual points or do so only partially.
