This video ends with a history lesson about the threat of Nuclear Annihilation by the great pundit Jeffery Sachs, a man with extensive diplomatic experience, and he cannot name the enemy. He does an excellent job of outlining the symptoms, but the underlying cause eludes him. Despite that, it is well worth learning the history if you are not familiar with it.
