MISSION STATEMENT

Strategic thinker, impeccable integrity, and powerful negotiator are just a few words most often used to describe Star. As a Real Estate Advisor she proudly represents the Aurora and the Greater Denver Metro in real estate transactions. Star has an established track record for being a powerful advocate for her clients through every step be it a real estate transaction or a home loan file from start to finish. She is energized by the opportunity to serve clients in her community.
Because of her international business exposure, Star is keenly aware of unique cultural and family dynamics. She is multilingual in Urdu, Farsi, Hindi and Pashto. Star has mastered the ability to understand her clients’ wants, dreams, and desires, then transform them into real estate reality thanks to her supernatural ability of Empathy.
Star’s story is the quintessential story of the American dream. She immigrated to the United States with her family at the age of 10. She quickly embraced the idea of success and freedom in the US and was taught from an early age the values of strong character, integrity, and hard work. She embraced those ideas and values, building towards a solid future. She gained valuable experience in business leadership, sales, and marketing, along with crucial client relations skills. These included strong expertise in building a business from the ground up, building client relationships in real estate, building real estate from raw land to residential and commercial development, and home loans strategically structured around a client’s needs.
Driven to give back to her country and serve, she volunteered to serve as a US Army civilian employee, serving at Bagram AFB, Afghanistan. Star served as an interpreter, translator, and liaison for US Forces in the combat zone. After honorably completing her service obligation, she was inspired to follow her entrepreneurial instincts in Afghanistan and open a retail apparel business on Kandahar AFB, Afghanistan, serving NATO and US military service members in the region. She subsequently returned to the US, where she continued to follow her business interests.
Star is committed to giving back to her community through service and charitable contributions in her free time. She is a wise hermit and a mother to two children on two, two others on four, one is a husky called Bear the other a feline lady called Thor. She enjoys life dancing, fine dining and outdoors.
