Nordstrom Closed - No Tourists from China and downtown is so quiet

Nordstrom has been closed for around a year (not 6 months as mentioned in the video, time goes by fast). No new tenant has been found and the urban downtown central business core is so quiet. 7% interest rate, no tourists from China, and permanent office closures has led to urban delay.
