How do Women Reconcile this?

Why do they care about the right to kill their own flesh and blood but not care about having equal opportunities? Democrats are not only taking away women's opportunities, but they are demoting us to "birthing person," as if that's the only thing women can do. They allow Autogynephiles who pretend to be trans, to take over our sports, rape us in prisons, break our jaws in the boxing ring, gawk at us in our vulnerable spaces. Shouldn't all that matter a lot more to a woman than being allowed to kill her own child? Why are women so gullible to their political masters?
