A natural-born leader, Michael has been taking on leadership roles since he was a young boy in the Boy Scouts and as captain of many football, hockey, soccer, and softball teams. Although he initially wanted to become a teacher, Michael became a Software Developer and has taken on leadership roles throughout his career, including Tech Lead with IBM and Application Architect with TD and Manulife.

He has been a mentor to other programmers and co-ops over the years and has always loved teaching, learning, and connecting. Michael has been actively involved in his community for over twenty-two years as a head coach for kids in hockey and soccer. He has been fulfilling his desire to teach by giving back to the community and has been a dedicated parent volunteer for many years.

He has always believed in letting kids be kids and helping them to be the best that they can be. Michael has taught his children and those he coached to play and live with heart, honour, and mental fortitude.

Apart from his love of coaching, Michael is also a passionate pianist and guitarist and has even performed a few tunes at fundraisers. He firmly believes in the importance of family and preserving the values that made this country great.

Michael has taken a stand against the sexualization of children, the erasure of women, and the erosion of Christian values in our society. He is a skilled leader, teacher, and mentor who is passionate about giving back to his community, preserving traditional values, and helping others become their best selves.
