NATO tanks are on display in Moscow's Park Pobedy (Victory Park). Almost all EU countries, including Turkey and of course the US and UK, have sent weapons to Ukraine for what they call "weapons for peace". The tanks and other weapons were captured on the battlefield by the Russian army and are being shown to the population, just like almost 80 years ago, at the end of WWII.
