Hunting down a scientist, we learn of Shinra experiments that involve SOLDIER members. Yet as we're about to capture a specific scientist, we are confronted by the "betrayers", who don't actually try to stop us as we run through Midgar breaking things. Typical Final Fantasy stuff.
