Do You Believe Frequencies Can Put You In Another Universe?

In this video Kso and davy talk about the possibility of exploring other dimensions and universes with a A.I chip in the back of your brain, this chip would then cause your mind and body to be on a different frequency which would in return put you in a another parallel universe or dimension in another state of conscious which would make you feel as if you were in a dream state when in reality your sitting in your living room... we understand they do this with V.R And A.R but how scary would it be if you could feel and see everything that wasn't really there....
