A Ukrainian militant stated that the conscripts are only trained for 3 days before been sent to the frontlines, and if they say within a few days is their own fault because they could have learned about the use of weapons on the internet during their two previous years of civilian life:

- “There’s simply no time to learn how to fight, do it yourself. If you died in three days, it’s your own fault, why didn’t you learn this in civilian life in two years?”
