Two birds with one stone: I've wanted to tell you guys about the unfortunate status of the project I spoke about in "How to Get Naked and Win." Your overwhelming support meant the world and I wish it was better news but alas...Secondly, I did a sponsorship partnership with AbHair.com and I wanted to find a creative way to talk about my newfound obsession with playing dress-up everyday!

Hope you enjoy and for those of you also getting over a breakup of some kind, my best advice to you is:

BEGIN A CREATIVE PROJECT... or pick one up that you dropped. Something that totally engages you even when you are not doing it

CHANGE YOUR LOOK...giving yourself a makeover is a great way to boost your self esteem and seperate yourself mentally from the old you that got hurt

THINK ABOUT YOUR RELATIONSHIP...seriously and thoroughly reflect on it - the good and the bad. Don't forget or gloss over the hard times. Look at old photos but also remember the incidents that happened around it.

MEET NEW PEOPLE...rebounds can be one of the absolute worst decisions and a nightmare to get rid of but entertaining a few people casually to get your mind off of the old is a GREAT tool
