Hi there Rumble(rs), we’re back with another Quick Hits lesson!

Today’s video is part 2 in developing Single Stroke Accent patterns. In Part 1 we used 8th notes and 16th notes…in Part 2 we’re using those same note values, but we’re making them TRIPLETS. This exercise will help you not only develop your Singles, but it’ll improve your dynamics/control/inner clock/creativity. Eventually you can take these patterns and move them around your drum kit!
