Triple-A Michigan says the statewide average is down 12-cents a gallon to three-dollars-43-cents, 18-cents less than last month and down 21-cents from last year. A 15-gallon fill up costs 51-dollars on average. The most expensive gas is in Jackson at three-54, while Benton Harbor has the lowest average price at three-30.
