As of today, the colonizer United States Congress allow anyone, from anywhere in the world that they deem profitable, to join their union of colonies that they now call states — through the power they had bestowed on themselves since their own colonization of North America - to populate the stolen land that they now occupy with whomever they qualify to be U.S. naturalized citizen / subjects.

NO MOOR CONFUSING THE INDIGENOUS ABORIGINE:

This video reveals the real intent of the first Naturalization Act of 1790, that allowed only males that the colonizers called themselves; of the white European / Caucasian Races ("Free white persons") to emigrate to stolen land that they now occupy, called America place-name, and their need to change their first Act (amended by through the 1870 Naturalization Act) with the intent to include persons of African Nativity, or African Descent intermixed with the already "Free White Persons" of the first 1790 Naturalization Act. Therein, these two distinct and separate qualifications had to be satisfied in accord with the colonizer congress's guidelines to become naturalized United States citizen / subjects.

NOT TO BECOME "FREE WHITE PERSONS" AS FALSELY TAUGHT BY FOREIGN MOORS OCCUPYING NORTH AMERICA (place-name)
