Shakeology bowl

A craving killer ! This can be made with other protein powders but I would add a scoop of veggie powder or 1/2 of frozen riced cauliflower (not taste) .

1/2c full fat unsweetened greek yogurt
1/4 c toasted almond milk or regular
1scoop Shakeology (I like chocolate)
Blend and top with fruit , nuts , mini chocolate chips or other toppings of your choice !
