Elon musk calls this mad max. Bc of the tribal insanity and simple barbaric nature of these ppl. Note ppl get injured and killed constantly at these events. Its a place of no logic and no moral sense. Just plain stupidity. Road wars. Usually criminals, gang members drug dealers ect doing insanity with no regard for others. ..... so mad max. Fuelled by booze drugs and sex workers and stolen goods . How police allow these events in major areas of cities shows how incompetent they actually are.
