New Cuban Missile Crisis (abridged)

Because of the failing mental health of the US president, Anthony Blinken, the secretary of state - the third in line to the president, and Jake Sullivan the US national security advisor, are unofficially taking control of US foreign policy.
The result of which is now a new Cuban missile crisis, and Russia fealing so threatened that they supplied a nuclear missile to North Korea that is capable of striking anywhere in the United States.
While Cuba and Russia say that the warships going to Cuba do not have nuclear weapons, they are armed with powerful unstoppable hypersonic missiles, and there is the real possibility that as the former CIA analyst says, they would logically have nuclear tipped weapons i.e. they are lying.
Evidentally Russia is illustrating why Russia is not comfortable with nuclear weapons bases in Ukraine. The US mainstream media is being silenced through illegal and unconstitutional US government censorship by taking the Covid type mentality, "The people don't need to know, or make decisions, we do that for them. We decide what is safe and what is not safe. And Russia is bluffing."
As for Russia bluffing, does the US government now play poker with bets on nuclear weapons? Should anyone be betting on nuclear war? Its the gamble where even if you win, you lose.
