Over time, I've learned that it's important to amend a few items because of life changes and transitions. We get married, sometimes separated...have kids, sometimes grandkids...people come into, and sometimes leave our lives. Assets that should be held by a Trust, or funding the Trust include real estate, bank accounts, stocks, and investments.
