Laith Marouf visits the village of Doueir in south Lebanon to investigate the conditions of internally displaced civilians who fled front-line villages on the borders with occupied Palestine. Laith interviews the current Mukhtar of the village Hajj Saadallah Qanso, and its former Mayor Hajj Fouad Rammal, about the situation of the displaced, and services offered to them.
