More Intel i9 Failures! 13900 and 14900!

We continue to see Intel CPU issues. This time in a Starforge 14900 build and another 13900K custom build. Each is paired with 4090s. Crashing in games, during driver installation, not powering on, and occasional errors are symptoms. We are not seeing this in Ryzens. We have see it in 700 and 600 series Intel chips as well.
