Deposition Underway In Shocking Nevada Case

The ACLJ intervened to support two parents fighting against a Nevada public school district that forced their child to perform an explicit script, misled the parents, and barred the mother from sharing the script with the school board. Shocked by the assignment and met with silence from the school, our clients sought our assistance.
