Paula Scanlan raced against the infamous transgender athlete Lia Thomas in college, and it won't be an accolade she'll want to put on her resume. Scanlan was a senior swimmer at UPenn when Will Thomas evidently became LIA Thomas and began breaking all the women's swimming records.
