DIY Under Seat Storage for Truck

I'm fixing a really annoying organization problem with my truck. I like to have tie down straps handy so I'm not digging through a bag, so I thought of adding under seat storage to my truck. Problem is, most under seat storage costs over $100, for a decent quality one anyway, so I decided to make my own adjustable under seat storage out of plywood. I hope this helps someone who's having a similar problem and looking for a simple design.
