Market Makers in Сrypto! Who controls the cryptocurrency market?!

The essence of market makers are large organizations, rarely individual players, whose transactions create the market. Where they don't exist, normal trade is impossible.
A good example is trading in unpopular coins, when the buyer on an order (order to buy/sell a coin) can be waited for weeks, and the price often jumps multiples and even by an order of magnitude from transaction to transaction.
