Should you Hold Your Breath for Precision Rifle Shooting

Should you breathe through your shot or hold your breath? What about the natural pause during exhale and what about using the breath point?
In this short video we discuss breathing and while you should not hold your breath for a long period of time, holding your breath at the breath point can work very well. Try out this technique. It has worked for me and may work for you also.
