Chad Wolf: Illegal immigrants should not be allowed to influence congressional districts

Former Acting DHS Secretary Chad Wolf says Democrats support President Joe Biden’s immigration policies because illegal immigrants are counted in congressional district apportionment. “The issue there is these are not U.S. citizens,” he explains. “And yet they’re influencing a process that allows for a vote in the United States Congress, in this case in the House.”
