「小腿前側」疼痛 跑步小心發生骨折

越來越多人瘋路跑!你也加入跑步的行列了嗎?但若出現「小腿前內側」疼痛,可得特別當心。台灣骨科陳鈺泓醫師指出,「內徑壓力症候群」是許多跑者容易碰到的運動傷害,主要是過度運動產生肌肉疲勞而引起發炎疼痛,若未適當休息或治療,恐進展為疲勞性骨折。由於此病症常發生在愛跑步的運動員身上,更有人稱之為「運動員的惡夢」。
陳鈺泓說明,跑步跑到「小腿骨痛」,為內徑壓力症候群(MTSS)所引起,其又被稱為內脛骨周炎或夾徑症,主要是過度運動,肌肉過度使用下而疲勞,導致腿部吸收衝擊的能力下降,反覆拉扯或負重在小腿骨膜,進而造成發炎疼痛。
陳鈺泓表示,內徑壓力症候群的主要疼痛,發生在小腿內側脛骨中段至下段的1/3處,且有局部壓痛點,通常會在開始運動時感覺疼痛,休息時雖稍有改善,但並不會完全緩解,特別是在高強度訓練後。此外,若是沒有適當休息或治療,持續讓骨頭承受壓力,可能會進展成疲勞性骨折。
提及內徑壓力症候群的治療方式,陳鈺泓說,在急性期主要會透過消炎止痛藥、冰敷及適度休息以減緩疼痛,並搭配電療、熱療等方式來放鬆肌肉及幫助循環。若是採取積極治療,他表示,則可考慮增生療法、體外震波等方式,促進肌肉組織修復,達到更有效率的復原。
