In the "peace conference" hosted by Switzerland for Ukraine, for which Russia is NOT invited (go figure) the head of NATO, Jens Stoltenberg has said the only way for peace is to further arm Ukraine's Kiev regime. G7's "leaders" agree a plan to send $50 billion of Russia's pirated FOREX and other assets for weapons, equipment and training to Kiev and this will be formalised in a US-Ukraine "security deal" for the coming ten years. The US .gov says "Ukraine will have a future in NATO." (my comment - will NATO have a future at all in the coming 10 years??) Mourad gives more details.

Yesterday, Jens Stoltenberg announced NATO required a commitment from the European member states of €40 billions each year. (See yesterday's post). Countries invited and attending or not have said it's pointless holding a peace summit without Russia being invited and Moscow says even if they were invited, their negotiations would not be based on ultimatums. Charlotte Dubenskij outlines. Cambodia's analyst says without all parties present the summit is a waste of time as it cannot present a solution to the conflict.
