An aspect of writing conditional acceptance letters that is often overlooked is that they are an affidavit.

An affidavit is used to express truth in (commercial) law by swearing or avowing to the truth of certain facts under penalty of perjury.

Moreover, an unrebutted affidavit becomes the truth in commercial law, strengthening your case.

And since you can only rebut an affidavit with another one, those you contract with will be forced to accept the contract terms to avoid admitting they've committed fraud.
