June 2024 Fishing Trip with Mama & Niece | Rumble Uncensored Version {Catch and Cook with 2 Dishes}

In this video, Ken takes his mama and niece fishing at his uncle's dock the first week of June 2024. The #fishingtrip appeared to be doomed from the start with a 60% chance of scattered showers and thunderstorms all day that day. And, as you will see, they did get rained on. Ken tried his hand at throwing a #castnet the way the YouTube Channel "Ken Loveday" (@KenLoveday70) shows how to do on his channel. Admittedly, this was a short #fishing trip.

Afterwards, Ken cleans the haul and makes two dishes from the #fish. One is a #grilled #catfish with #Alabama white #bbqsauce and #cowboy #caviar. The second, Ken went back to old #Florida culinary heritage by butterflying #mullet and smoking them with #waxmyrtle (aka #bayberry) wood to make a #smoked mullet #dip. If you watch @McGieHomesteadAdventures they did a smoked carp video, so Ken wanted to show them how Floridians do smoked mullet.
